Tiny Bingo Card Fairy Snippets Tutorial

Hey guys, hope you are all well and enjoying the warmer weather!

This week Lindsey Zenor is back with a super cute video tutorial showing how to make some Tiny Bingo Card Fairy Snippets.  Here she resized my usual Vintage Bingo ATC cards, printed them as snippets and combined them with different scraps as based layers.
